My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This cloud of angelic fluff is Suki. What she lacks in brains, she makes up in beauty.  Suki was born August of 2024. If considering one of the  floofs please be prepared to particpate in fur maintenance and grooming.    These three are a ton of fun and crazy antics.  They would love to go home together or at least to a home that has other kitten friendly cats.  Suki is sweet and loving.   If she is not spayed by the time she is adopted, she will be on a spay/neuter contract. She is microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. As always, cat/kitten adoptions are free will donation to approved applicants. ****The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org****

Go meet their pets

Check out all of our pets online at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org or send in an application to meet a specific pet! Once our shelter is open for operation stop in during our open hours to visit with a fuzzy friend in person.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
