He is such a sweet kind dog! This dog was found running the streets behind OP Schnabel Park on Christmas Eve. Neighbors report seeing him before then. When we got him, he was very shy, skittish, scared and untrusting. Once he began to trust us, he’s been playful, friendly and such a sweet dog! Took him to see if he was microchipped but he is not. Had no collar and not neutered. He has played in the yard with other family members and is loving, playful, happy, non-aggressive and protective of the yard. The vet tech estimated him to be around 2. We are unable to keep him but he will be a great addition to a family with other dogs, kids and a yard. It takes him just a little bit to warm up to you (treats are a big help), but once he does, he wants to play, wags his tail and is happy to see you. He’s been on Nextdoor, PawBoost and have checked other lost pet resources with no luck. Trying to save him from city services since most shelters are either full or almost full.
