Miss Phoebe came in with a horde of 10 dogs. Miss Phoebe most likely was not positively exposed to many people in her life and has been very shy with everyone here. Miss Phoebe does loosen up a bit around other dogs! We were able to place Phoebe in a foster home for a bit to get more information. Her fosters stated that she does very well on leash, although she's scared of it being put on. They also stated she did very well with a consistent potty schedule and didn't have any accidents inside. Phoebe reportedly did well with their resident dog. Phoebe unfortunately is still very shy. Miss Phoebe needs a home with patient owners who will take things at her pace and give her the time and space to open up slowly. Primary Color: White Weight: 41
