We found Pom on 12/17 in our backyard with her brother/friend, Granite. They were huddled next to a pomegranate tree, hence, their names. :) We think that the two kitties were abandoned because they were very clean and perfumed when we found them. They are used to human interaction and love hanging out with people!
Between the two, she is more outgoing and curious. She enjoys exploring new things and being pet but doesn't seem to care too much for being held. Purrs frequently while she is pet. She is house-trained well and always uses the litter box.
I personally would love to keep these two cats but my two dogs with high prey drive say otherwise. I do not know how she does with dogs because we have kept them completely separated. Pom would be an easy, fantastic addition to any family. I would prefer to rehome her together with Granite because they spend a lot of time together. That said, they are still young so I would consider rehoming them separately to the right home.
