Hi there! My name is Lover and I'm a 5 year old French Bulldog girl who came into the shelter in December. My new friends are still getting to know me, but so far they know that I love yummy treats and comfy blankets. I also really enjoy pets and going outside to play. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.
