Hi everyone, it’s me Frigg! I am officially looking for my forever home, my foster mom and dad believe that I am a shepherd husky mix because I look like a shepherd, but I am super vocal like a husky. I have been in foster on kennel rest for the last six weeks because I came into the shelter with a fractured pelvis due to being hit by a car. Kennel rest hasn’t been much fun and I haven’t been able to get out all of my puppy energy so I’m super happy now that I’m allowed to run around and play but I am still learning how to channel my puppy energy into good behavior! My foster mom and dad say that I am a great puppy who is very smart and food/toy motivated. I am super social and love dogs and cats, however, I can be a rough player with cats. I’m very good in my kennel since I’ve spent the majority of the last six weeks in it. If I’m taken out on a schedule, I will go potty outside immediately! I need a home that will provide structure and training as I am a very active and energetic puppy, I am also very loud -I will howl/grumble/bark/whine/“talk back” when I am excited (which is a lot of the time). I would do best in an active home where I’m taken on frequent adventures. I know how to sit, stay (for the most part, still working on some impulse control), “kennel up”, wait for my food, and lay down.
