Hi I am Prinz but I love to be called Max as well. I'm currently on the lookout for a forever family with a confident leader who can guide me. It's important for me to carefully assess people and new environments before fully settling in. Ideally, I hope to find a family that is willing to collaborate with me and provide consistent guidance, allowing me to become the best dog I can be. I enjoy walks and car rides, but nothing beats a cozy snuggle session with my humans. My foster mom says I am the sweetest boy ever and I am just the perfect love bug.

I really love to play with my little foster sister. You see she is a boxer too, so we have the same playing rules: running, jumping, etc. I love my foster sister so much that I am extra safe with her because she is only 4 months old. I do like to play with other dogs, but only like 1 at a time and slow interaction at first as I am a little nervous until I know them. I would also love to have kids in my family but older or dog savvy kids would be best as they are easier for me to adjust to.

I'm eagerly looking forward to meeting you in person! I'm confident that you won't regret it. I'm a loving, energetic, and playful guy who would be a fantastic addition to your family.

Northwest Boxer Rescue (NWBR) believes that every boxer deserves a chance to live a happy life in a loving home. Abandoned or homeless Boxers will always find shelter, medical care, and ultimately a new home through the efforts of NWBR. By working with committed volunteers and local veterinarians we are able to rescue boxers every year, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them perfect loving forever homes. Working in conjunction with city and county groups, NWBR strives to educate the public and help end animal overpopulation and needless suffering. We never discriminate on the basis of health or age. Our animals are evaluated, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and receive any necessary medical treatment before they are placed in carefully screened homes.
