YOYO NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!
Name: Yoyo Best Guess for Breed: Lab mix
Best Guess for Age: 6 months as of December 2024 SEX: Male
Approximate Weight: 33 lbs as of 12/16/24; he is still growing!
Gets Along With: Other dogs! He also did well with his foster's 10 and 15 year olds. We haven't seen him with cats but he can be tested if you have them
Currently Living at: DC area boarding partner; would love a foster to stay with while looking for his forever home!
Yoyo is Looking For: His forever home! Through no fault of his own this handsome cutie landed in the shelter. He's barely out of puppyhood and hasn't seen nearly enough of the world. He's eagerly looking forward to having his own humans for romps in the park and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so he can show how super smart he is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And he'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved.
What My Foster Says About Me: Yoyo is the sweetest pup! He did great with kids and other dogs, slept through the night in his crate, and loves to run and play! He is a snuggler and will curl up on your lap for a good nap and belly rub. Because he is a puppy, he is still working on potty habits and walking on a leash, but he is getting there! Yoyo is super smart and food motivated and will be the perfect dog for a family who can get him lots of exercise!
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
