My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Annie showed up to my home in September of this year, and she was starving to death. I knew I had to help her. She only weighed about 20 pounds at the time, with her bones visible.

I took her to the vet, and she was fine - but starving. She had no chip, and after trying to look for her owner, I could find nobody. I think she was dumped, because she is very sweet to people. She has since gained weight and is healthy.

I have two other dogs, and she gets jealous when they spend time with her humans. This is an issue, because while she has never EVER shown aggression to a human - she does not seem to get along with other dogs. Our home is just not a good fit for her, which really breaks my heart. She gets into scuffles with them from time to time, and I think a home without other animals would be best for her.

She is a cuddle bug, and has been since day one. She loves sitting in my lap when I am watching TV, and will follow me around the house when I'm doing things.
