Is anyone interested in adopting a very sweet older cat? Sophie is 13 years old, and she’s been part of our family since she was a kitten. It’s been a difficult adjustment for her since the arrival of our daughter in March. We plan on moving across the country in the next year or so, and I just don’t think she would tolerate the move well. All of this being said, I think it would be in her best interest to find a new living home.

Sophie is a very people-oriented, cuddly cat. You never have to wonder where she is — she is always where the people are 😊. Sophie is very well trained to use the little box and has never had an accident. She has no active health issues, but she has had bladder stones in the past so she is on medicated food for the rest of her life (we tried to transition her off a couple years ago and the stones returned). Sophie does NOT get along well with other animals and would do best in a home with older children or no children. When we go out of town I always have a
