We rescued Kushi from a kill shelter in Stockton California in 2020. He is around 7-8 years old. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog for my wife and I. He is potty trained and overall trained. However, we recently found out we are pregnant with twins. He has temperament issues with being protective with us and this is the hardest thing I have ever done to even think about giving him up. The only way we would, is with a family with no kids and no other pets that are looking for a protective pet to be a part of their family. He is trained, but I cannot trust his temperament with our future family. Please reach out with any questions, I will be 100% transparent about everything as my wife and I want him to go to the right spot.
