My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pancake is a 3-month-old Labrador Retriever mix with an irresistible charm and a heart full of potential. Recently transferred from Fresno County, this sweet little pup is still getting used to the big world and working on building his confidence.

Although shy at first, Pancake is a gentle soul who warms up with patience, love, and encouragement. He’s ready to thrive in a forever home that will help him blossom into the happy, confident companion he’s meant to be.

If you’re looking for a loyal and loving pup to grow with, come meet Pancake today and see if he’s the perfect fit for your family!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
