More about this shelter

Friends of Companion Animals looks to relieve cat overpopulation with spay and neuter programs while finding suitable forever homes for cats and kittens in Monroe, MI and the surrounding areas. Since we are an all volunteer operation we lack the time to answer questions posed here on Adopt-a-pet. Thanks for your understanding.

FoCA offers several programs that include adoptions, a spay/neuter program through Paws Clinic, cats for seniors and our barn cats program, which helps put semi-feral cats at locations wanting rodent control.

Friends of Companion Animals is a 501c3 non-profit animal welfare group that also features a re-sale shop. We raise all our monies through our re-sale store, community events and donor support with no aid from municipalities or organizations. We are a dedicated group of volunteers that believe together we can make a difference for the companion animals of Monroe County.
