JOYFUL NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Best Guess for Age:   1 year as of 12/23/2024          SEX:    female

Approximate Weight:  17 lbs.

Gets Along With:    other dogs. Joyful hasn't been observed with kids or cats yet but we can test.

Currently Living at:   the shelter, Joyful needs a foster and a forever home.

Joyful is Looking For:   The warmth, love, and security that comes with having a forever home. Meeting new people at adoption events might be fun for a short time but at the end of the day every dog wants a place of their own. Whatever her past was like, Joyful wants to put it behind and start fresh in 2025.

Feist/Terriers are known for their keen hunting instincts, so she might love to chase after toys or small critters. At one-year old, Joyful is brimming with youthful energy and enthusiasm, always ready for an adventure or a playful romp. In addition to daily walks, Joyful will need time to run off-leash and play with other dogs.

Joyful's loyal and affectionate side will show itself as she forms strong bonds with her human family. Start training early so Joyful can learn what's expected of her and show you what a good girl she can be. Intelligent and eager to please, Joyful should be fun to train, although she might have a stubborn streak from her Terrier side of the family.
