Foster to adopt family must live within 1 hour of Delaware to ensure he can be brought back for his appointment.

Conquer was given his name with many a hope and a prayer, because when he and his siblings were found, he was one skinny, sick puppy. In true rescue fashion, a village helped to get him back on his paws, and now you'd never know he was ever anything but a happy, snuggly little guy.

Have you always wanted a parrot but didn't want to deal with the singing in your ear? Conquer can help with that! His favorite place to be is on his foster dad's shoulder, snuggled up against his neck. It works out well, because while he's not nearly as rambunctious as his rowdy sister, he's just as sweet and cuddly - if not sweeter.
