Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Introducing Zeke! Zeke is a very handsome 3 yr. old purebred German Shepherd who sadly is in need of a new home due to his owner unexpectedly passing away. Zeke was very well cared for, given a lot of attention and love by his former owner and the same will be expected by his new owner/family. Approved Applicants must have current or past German Shepherd experience.
Zeke is good with men, women and children. Although, he does get excited and jumps when meeting new people so care must be taken around small children. He has never been around babies. Zeke is house and crate trained, walks good on a leash, enjoys hikes and rides well in a car. He loves to sleep in his crate at night and has yard access during the day to run and play. He can be crated for several hours during the day, if needed. Zeke gets a long with other dogs. He has never been around cats. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, Heartworm negative and takes monthly Heartworm prevention medication. Zeke has never bitten anyone. Although, he is quite uncomfortable at the Vet’s office so as a precaution, he wears a muzzle. He is also microchiped, which can be transferred to his new owner.
Zeke will require a secured yard with at least a 5-6 foot high fence as he can jump anything lower. He can also climb a chain-link fence. Zeke is very loyal, a good watch dog and will make an outstanding canine companion with a training refresher course. Check out United Animal Friends Dg Training Program. Level One Training consists of three one-hour classes for $30. Register at:
