This lovable guy goes by Buddy the Elf in his foster home, and is ready to bring joy and snuggles into your life.
- Walks beautifully on a leash and snoozes in the car, especially after a fun adventure or good exercise.
- Loves treats and food, always taking them with the sweetest, most gentle manners.
- Enjoys napping, cuddling, and a little play time with toys before settling in for more rest.
- Friendly with everyone he meets.
- Not much of a barker—he probably wouldn't win any awards as a guard dog (but will win your heart!).
- Respects the space of smaller dogs (like his current 16-pound foster sibling) and would likely thrive with a friendly, playful canine buddy after slow and proper intros
- Crate & Potty trained

Our shelter is located at 1431 East Ferry Street, Detroit, Michigan, 48211. Adoptions are daily from 10:30am to 3:30pm. Please arrive by 3:00pm. Bring your entire human family, but please leave other pets at home. Adoption counselors will review with you how to slowly introduce your new pet to any pets you might already have at home.
