On December 17th, 2024 the owner of this dog unexpectedly passed away. The dog and the owner's child came to my home. Unfortunately, I have a husband and a son that are allergic to dogs. The dog is not able to come into my house and has been in the basement (well lit and has heat) with small breaks to use the bathroom outside. I am not set up for any pets nonetheless a pet of this size. The dog is becoming increasingly sad and lonely as I have been looking for rescues to take her. She is guarded toward the male gender but has allowed my Father in law to sit near her kennel without growling or showing hostility towards him. She loves to run around in the snow and explore and she loves snuggling with women and girls. PLEASE help us find a good home for this 4-5 year old good girl who was just in a very unfortunate circumstance.
