My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

RamBam is a sweet and gentle soul who was surrendered to SAVE from a home with too many cats. He's still adjusting to his new surroundings, so he can be a little cautious at first, but with kindness and patience, his loving personality shines through. Once RamBam warms up to you, his purr motor kicks into high gear, showing just how much he appreciates your company.

RamBam would thrive in a quieter, patient home where he can feel safe and loved. If you're looking for a calm, affectionate companion, RamBam is ready to find his forever family and show you how wonderful it feels to be loved by a cat.

Will you be the one to give RamBam the home he deserves?

More about this shelter

Founded in 1941 by the third female graduate from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, SAVE is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit animal shelter dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area and beyond. Through six core programs of Rescue, Shelter, Health and Welfare, Spay/Neuter, Foster and Adoption.

The SAVE shelter facility has the capacity to house upwards of 100 animals at a time (approximately 75 cats and 25 dogs). The shelter exceeds no-kill benchmark standards and ensures that adoptable animals facing adversity are given a lifeline, a chance to flourish, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
