Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Charlotte! She came to us at just 3 weeks old after someone found her on the sidewalk all by herself. As she got a little older we noticed something was a little off. Her back legs were a little wobbly and she has limited hearing. After an evaluation by our vet we were referred to a neurologist. We quickly ruled out any trauma or infectious diseases. We waited a few months to see if it was something that she may grow out of but that was not the case. It was determined that she has some sort of neurological condition that causes her to have hearing loss and be unsteady on her feet. She also has a curve to her spine. The vet compared it to a drunk walk! We don’t know how it will progress but she is not in any pain and not on any daily medications.
Charlotte is now about 7 months old and weighs about 10 lbs. She may stumble around a little but that doesn’t slow her down at all! She runs and plays with the other dogs. She loves her toys! If her food or water bowl is empty she will make sure you know by tossing her bowl around and barking at it! She is working on potty training but gets distracted easily because it’s more fun to follow you around outside. She will definitely be your little shadow! She is just a goofy girl and everyone that meets her loves her!
Charlotte is located in Texas. Her adoption fee is $195 local or $395 out of state with transport and includes current shots, microchip, and spay. If you are interested in adopting Charlotte please complete the adoption application at the link below. If you have any questions email us at sgdrsa@outlookk.com.
