Hello, my name is Phoenix. I am a chihuahua mix and I weigh around 5 lbs. I am a very nervous girl here in the shelter, the world around me is big and scary and I am a little doggie, so I am going to need a home that can be very patient and compassionate with me as I adjust. I can get possessive of things, like items and people, so I also need a family that understands that. No kids please, they are scary and they do not always understand that I need my own space. If you think you're the one for me, please come see me at GCHS.

abandoned animals of southwest Florida.
GCHS is a no-kill shelter and does not
