Meet Bono💖

Bono was rescued from the Gimje City Shelter. She could have been on the euthanasia list because the shelter exceeded the space for its accomadation. She was exposed to the poor conditions there and contracted heartworms, but is recovering her health.

* With People: Loves people but is not much energetic, so doesn't react actively to strangers. Is gentle and easily accepts being touched by strangers, though. Is not the type to show a flowing charms to people but tends to be or follow around the people she likes. Even sleeps on her back besides those whom she fully adapts and trusts.
* With Dogs: Got along well with other dogs at our center. Is indifferent to the dogs she first met at the animal clinic and occasionally just looks at them!
* Separation Anxiety: Has never been alone long time but waits calmly with her quiet personality.
* Potty Training: Is perfect in indoor potty.
* Hygiene: Doesn't like bathing but tolerates it calmly once it starts. Accepts brushing well even while dozing.
* Walks: Wasn’t used to walking, but with consistent training, she has now improved successfully! Is scared and freezes up at the beginning of the walk. However, leaps shortlt and walks well in step gradually.
* Car Sickness: Used to get car sick. However recently, has traveled quietly and calmly for a two-hour drive without any motion sickness!

💌Special Notes💌
* Has rapidly learned and mastered personal skills of "sit" and "paw."
* Has a quiet and gentle personality! Is timid but smart, quickly picking up on situations through observation. Once getting used to her surroundings and people, she also shows a lively side.

❗Health Condition❗
* Microchipped and heartworm recheck scheduled in June 2025.
* Was diagnosed with chronic pulmonary fibrosis but treatment was completed. Constant management is required though.
