My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Candy! I’m a sweet, one-year-old girl with a gentle heart. I was found abandoned with another dog at a campground behind Ellis Park, and while I’m safe now, the shelter can still feel a little overwhelming for me. I dream of finding a loving forever home where I can feel secure and loved.

Even though I’m a bit shy here, I seem to get along well with other dogs and would love a friend who can help me feel at ease. If you’re looking for a gentle soul to welcome into your family, I can’t wait to meet you!Fill out an adoption application online at: https://www.hshcky.org/
