TRIP
Meet Trip! Trip is a Belgian Mal, about 18 months old, weighs 47 lbs, is neutered, up to date on vaccines and recently underwent surgery to have his back leg amputated.
Trip has a beautiful disposition. He iis a very handsome guy who spent a long time on the streets trying to survive. He is skittish at first and would do best in a home with another solid dog. He takes a lot of cues from the two dogs in his current foster home and has learned to trust his foster Mom. Trip needs a home that will let him warm up to his people at his own pace. He's great with other dogs, rides well in the car, is housebroken, takes treats gently and crate trained. He walks well on the leash but doesn't know any commands yet.
This handsome guy is resilient beyond measure. He is recovering very well in his foster home after having his back leg amputated. Trip is a survivor in every sense of the word and will bond quickly with a patient owner. Despite being a tripod, Trip walks easy on the leash and gets around like a champ.
