My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Daisy!

Hi, I'm Daisy! I've got a lot of love to give and a playful, goofy puppy energy that will keep you smiling. I've recently finished my heat cycle and I am waiting to get spayed so you will need to live close if you want to take me home.

When I first arrived, I was a little timid and shy, but I warmed up pretty quickly-within just 24 hours! I can be a bit standoffish around men with hats, and sometimes I get jumpy or mouthy, but I'm doing much better and learning to be more relaxed.

I can be a bit of a "watchdog" when I see other dogs walking past my kennel, standing up and barking. But I quiet down when they cover my kennel with a sheet, and I'm learning to be calmer in these situations. Being in a kennel is new for me.

I'm strong and can pull hard when I want to go outside, so I definitely need some basic obedience training, but I'm very eager to learn and improve. When it comes to people, though, I'm super friendly and affectionate. I love to run around, play with toys, and enjoy frozen Kongs. I'm also housetrained and ready for my forever home!

If you're looking for a sweet, energetic pup who just needs a little guidance, I'd love to meet you!
