Coby is a handsome boy who is looking for a home. Coby came to us from the NYC shelter system. He and his friend Snickers were surrendered when their owner could not properly care for them. We think it's the best thing that ever happened to these sweet boys!
Coby is very sweet, overall pretty quiet and calm. He is loving and affectionate and loves to snuggle up next to his person. He likes other dogs and ignores cats in his foster home. He does not seem to be bonded to Snickers. Coby has a little bit of the shelter sniffles so we are working on clearing that up. He should feel better soon. He is a real cute boy who seems pretty perfect - he just needs work on housebreaking. The former owner apparently never took these boys outside and just used pee pads for them.
Coby is fixed, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm. His adoption fee is $450.
Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
