Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This helps Animal Welfare Friends with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Handsome Dos We don't think we've seen anyone wag their tail faster than this happy boy! He's such a happy-go-lucky dog who has lots of love to give, shown in hugs, kisses, and cuddles! Who better to share your favorite blankets with than this guy, who is the BIGGEST love bug! Dos will be a great companion for any home, as he is just so super sweet, SO content with just about everything! Plus, who could resist all his kisses? This guy has got the most adorable floppy ears, and ADORABLE puppy dog eyes! Did I mention this guy does AMAZING with everyone AND everything? Dos spent a majority go his life in foster before making his way to us, and that's where he learned every single skill relating to being the BEST boy! From crate-training to house-breaking, and learning everything in between like basic commands! He's literally PERFECT! If a pup greeting you with his butt wiggling because his tail is swinging so hard, this guy is all you'll ever need! At about 1.5 years old, he weighs in at about 40 pounds, he won't be too much of a ham, but he's definitely hammy! Come meet him, and you'll see within minutes JUST how loving this little guy is!

More about this shelter
We are a non-profit organization out of Monticello, IA specializing in the care for dogs and cats that need us. Our care does not stay local, as we take transports from all over the United States, and adopt all over as well!
Our mission's primary focus is to help reduce the homeless pet population by finding homes for spayed/neutered pets, and helping educate WHY this process is so important, and the proper way to care for pets!
