My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Whiskey is a delicate soul. At 4 years old, he`s aged like a fine wine with notes of subtlety and calmness. Whiskey would prefer not to live in a home with children—he wants to be the spoiled only child! It takes a bit for him to warm up, but once you show him you`re a trustworthy person, he can be such a lover boy, asking for pets and enjoying a good office couch nap out of his room. Do you have space in your home and heart for this gentle gentleman? Whiskey would be the perfect compliment to your holiday dinner table.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
