My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there. I’m Brutus. I was purchased from a breeder then rehomed. My second owner gave me away. I was microchipped and he stated that he gave me away. No one has came in for me. My 5 day hold time for a microchipped dog is up and I am now up for adoption. I have had many new homes and I am trying to adjust. I’m hoping to finally have my forever home. You will be my fourth owner by no fault of my own. Please keep that in mind.

Notes on my intake exam said: “60 lbs. Brutus is a good boy, did well for vaccinations, hot dogs used for pills.”

I am a very affectionate boy. I get along with other dogs and get happy to meet them. I’m a fairly social guy that is just happy to be by your side. I love hot dogs and they are the way to my heart. I am a little picky with other treats. I am working on potty training. I have a pretty different schedule than what I’m use to, as you can understand. I am literally a ham bone and every one who meets me loves me. I am easy to walk on a leash. I’m just a handsome boy who deserves your love.
