My name is Fern!

Meet Fern! Fern is a 1 year old, female Pit mix that weighs about 50 Lbs. She was found off of N. Goliad and 552 in Rockwall on 12/23/24 and never reclaimed. So now I am looking for a new family that will love me fur ever! I am a very sweet and calm girl. I walk well on a leash and appear to be potty trained. I like to lay on my comfy beds or soft blankets during nap time and at night. I enjoy going on walks and being around people who will show me affection when I've been a good girl or just because they want to. If you have other dogs in the home, a meet and greet is suggested prior to adoption to ensure that we play well together and that your dog with accept me into the home. My adoption fee is $125 which includes my spay, microchip, rabies vaccination, boosters to date and heartworm testing. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
