Jaxon or Jakson is a Wadi dog who we recently welcomed from Oman. Wadi dogs are from the wadis (dry riverbeds) of Oman. They are typically stray dogs that live in groups and are generally non-aggressive survivors who avoid police interdiction. They are believed to be a mix of Saluki and other sighthound types. Jaxon is a sweet boy who was described by his caregivers in Oman as "very friendly with people and dogs. He has a lovely wagging tail that never stops wagging." Jaxon will be two years old in January. He is cat tolerant with supervision. Jaxon is in a foster home and doing great. If interested in Jaxon call 732 356 4370 and/or complete an on-line application.
