This guy is looking for a family who can meet his enrichment needs, as he thrives in an environment that provides both physical and mental stimulation. SandMan is crate trained, housetrained, and knows his basic cues, making him a well-rounded companion. He’s great with children and cats, and his sweet nature will surely win you over.
While SandMan is a loving and playful guy, he would do best in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental challenges to keep him happy. No apartments for this big guy, though – he needs space to roam and stretch his legs! He’s also dog selective, so he’ll require a meet-and-greet prior to going home with other dogs to ensure it’s a good match.

Our dogs and puppies go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested (7 months and over), and up to date on core vaccines, heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Their adoption also includes a free-vet exam at one of our participating veterinarians.
