My name is Noel!

Noel is the sweetest cat! He loves other cats and does great with dogs of all sizes. Poor Noel is suspected to be a victim of a serial animal abuser. He came to us with a completely degloved tail and singed back legs. It is suspected someone purposely pulled the hair off his tail and then set the area on fire. His tail sustained too much damage and had to be amputated. He still has full control over his bowels and does not skip a beat without his tail. He is thriving and doing wonderful! He is ready for a home of his own. He does wonderful with kids and other animals
