My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Lil Boy! I have kind of a crazy and mixed up story to tell. I was originally found as a stray puppy a while back. Well it wasn’t just me, it was all of my littermates too! A kind stranger took care of us and worked with the shelter to find all of us homes. Yay! I had a home! Unfortunately, I got out of my yard not too long ago, and my new owner was contacted, but she decided not to come claim me. Sooo I am homeless again! In case you might be interested, I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I hope I can find a kind owner just like the man that rescued my “family” many months ago!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
