WOW- Miracle really do happen! Gingerbread arrived at HRA after his owner could not care for him. This VERY sweet doggie was not feeling well and was so skinny. In no time he started feeling better and he has gained significant weight! His will to live and love is so evident. Gingerbread is a darling puppy ready for a restart with a loving and kind family. Being such a youngster Gingerbread for sure needs an active, frisky lifestyle. He has oodles of silly, goofy puppy energy so lots of moving and grooving activities are on his mind for sure. If you need a personal trainer who will get you out and participating in fun activities, Gingerbread is ready and willing. Gingerbread would also thrive in positive training classes- he is smart and eager. So, get your running shoes on and run away with Gingerbread.

We're dedicated to finding loving homes for all the pets in our care. All you need is love-- and a state issued ID.

WE HAVE 2 ADOPTION CENTERS TO SERVE YOU:

Our doors are open from 12 PM to 7 PM every day, offering you ample time to visit and meet your potential new companion. Please arrive no later than 6:30 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to interact with our adorable pups.

Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Be sure to bring a leash for your new dog or a carrier for your new cat or small animal. Most animals are ready to go home with you right after you meet them!

Can't make it in person? No problem! We offer virtual adoptions for animals in foster homes. From the comfort of your own home, you can browse our pets online, set up virtual meet and greets, and even conduct adoption counseling sessions.
