Meet Cere, a 4-month-old female tabico kitten who is as sweet as she is shy. With her beautiful mix of tabby and calico markings, Cere is a unique little lady who prefers to take things slow and steady. She may be a bit timid at first, but with a little patience and gentle love, this sweet girl will slowly come out of her shell and show you the quiet affection she has to offer.
Cere enjoys playing with her siblings—Bode, Cal, Greeze, and Merrin—especially during their fun-filled playtime sessions. Although she’s a bit shy and takes her time warming up to new situations, she loves to chase, pounce, and engage in kitten games with her siblings. They provide the comfort and security she needs to feel safe, and she finds joy in their company.
Cere would thrive in a calm and patient home, where she can gradually build trust and confidence at her own pace. Once she feels comfortable, you’ll be rewarded with a sweet, loyal companion who enjoys quiet moments and soft snuggles. Her shy nature may take a little time to overcome, but with the right family, Cere will blossom into the loving and gentle kitten she’s meant to be.
If you’re looking for a kitten who will need patience and understanding but who has the potential to become a sweet, affectionate companion, Cere might be the perfect match for you. With time and love, she will show you the warmth in her heart!
Cere will need to have a feline friend in their forever home.

More about this rescue
Angel’s Wish is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization founded in 2000.
Mission Statement
Angel’s Wish is dedicated to reducing animal overpopulation, rehoming companion animals, and raising awareness of animal welfare issues in South Central Wisconsin.
Why are we called Angel's Wish?
Lois Lawrence, a founding member of Angel's Wish, once rescued a kitten from a construction site. Weak with starvation, dehydration, and a severe upper respiratory infection, neither veterinary treatment nor Lois’ love and care could save the kitten from the effects of that hot June day. Angel died that night in Lois' arms. We believe that Angel's Wish would have been that no other animal be subjected to pain, suffering, abandonment or neglect.
About the Animals of Angel’s Wish
We divert animals from ever arriving at area shelters, and as space allows, assist rescue groups and shelters. We accept only animals we have space to care for, and euthanize only for severe medical or temperament reasons. Animals stay in their current home or are cared for in volunteer foster homes until adoptive homes are found.
