She willingly allows baths and grooming at home, and nail trims are a breeze.

Dixie would thrive as an only pet, but would also do well in a home with another small dog or a mature, low-energy dog. She doesn't mind cats.

Dixie has had the good fortune to be loved by many wonderful people, but unfortunately, both of her previous parents have fallen ill and can no longer provide her with the care she deserves.
