Meet Harper 👋 This sweet girl is 4 years old and has the best smile - she can’t wait to meet you!! 😀

Harper is a fun loving, mildly energetic lady who loves attention and loves being near her people!! Her favorite things are her stuffies 🧸, playing with logs 🪵 outdoors, sniffing all the smells in the backyard, and snuggling by the heater on those cold days. ❄️ She loves a good walk, but can mostly be found curled up for a long nap.

Harper is fully potty and crate trained and does great on the leash! Harper is an amazing companion and would thrive in an adult home, children over 15, and no other pets please. Harper wants to be your only love! 😉❤️ Her foster calls her a “little chocolate donut” 🍩

After your application is reviewed, a representative from Operation Freedom Ride will call you to conduct an interview.

OFR wants to be sure you and a prospective pet are the best match. We set-up meet and greets at the foster home to make sure it's love!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Based in Rochester, NY our mission is to help animals find the right person to love and care for them. We rescue an estimated 550 dogs and 330 cats, annually, and that number is growing!
