My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What can I say about Punkie? Punkie came to us as a surrender in October at no fault of her own. She is a 7-year-old, front-declawed spunky girl. Punkie has a sleek black short coat, with stunning yellow eyes.

Punkie may have a ‘tude with some of the other cats here at AWW, but as long as they mind their beeswax, and stay out of her face, she tolerates them pretty well. Punkie would probably do best in a house with only 1 or 2 other cats. Punkie loves one-on-one attention and loves being talked to. This spunky girl loves being hugged on your shoulder, and she gets along with the family dogs.

Punkie has been spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on vaccinations. She needs to be an inside cat due to the fact she has no front claws to defend herself. Punkie’s patiently awaiting her fur-ever family. Are you the purr-fect family for Spunky Punkie?

Go meet their pets

Once your application has been approved, we will disclose the private address of the Foster who has the animal you're interested in. Our hours are based on our founder's availability, but it truly depends on the foster's schedule. Our fosters are all located in northwestern Wisconsin, and Shelli can be present if requested or she is available if the foster isn't herself.
