Twilight is a Gem! She is a sweet girl who loves attention. Twilight came to us with her 5 kittens as a surrender, luckily 3 of the 5 kittens have been adopted. Raven and Smalls are still looking for their fur-ever families!
Twilight is a year old, and has a gleaming short black coat with striking yellow eyes. Twilight gets along with the cats that roam at AWW, and enjoys her roaming time. She minds her own business and looks for the best place to take a nap.
Twilight's foster family stated that she’s affectionate, and liked sleeping by them. She liked to talk and get you to follow her so you could see her food dish. Twilight enjoys eating, she isn’t a fussy girl.
Twilight is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. She would do best in a home with another cat and as an indoor cat. Twilight has been patiently waiting for her fur-ever family since August. Are you her purr-fect family? Give us a call to set up a time to meet Twilight!

Go meet their pets
Once your application has been approved, we will disclose the private address of the Foster who has the animal you're interested in. Our hours are based on our founder's availability, but it truly depends on the foster's schedule. Our fosters are all located in northwestern Wisconsin, and Shelli can be present if requested or she is available if the foster isn't herself.

Animal Welfare Wisconsin was established in 2024 by our founder, Shelli Frazier.
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome cats and dogs in Northern Wisconsin and beyond. We strive to meet each animal's physical, emotional, and behavioral needs as an individual. We are committed to helping our community find access to resources and education on responsible pet ownership that's backed by science and compassion.
Shelli is a professional Cat Behaviorist, Fear Free Certified, and has 2+ years of shelter experience. Gena, an A.W.W. volunteer, is a professional Dog Trainer, Fear Free Certified, and also has 2+ years of shelter experience.
