Meet Coco! Coco is a 2-year-old, 59-pound shepherd mix with huge, adorable ears and an even bigger personality! This high-energy girl loves to play, especially with other dogs, though sometimes she doesn’t realize her size and can play a bit rough—but she’s never aggressive. She’s also good with cats, though she sometimes tries to play with them too.
Outgoing and full of love, Coco adores people and warms up quickly, even if she barks out of excitement at first. She’s house-trained, crate-trained, and knows “sit.” She’s learning not to jump up and making fast progress. While she could use some leash training, she’s a smart and eager learner.
Coco is discovering the joy of toys—something she likely never had before—and is learning how much fun they can be. She’s very sweet, affectionate, and ready to share all her love with a family. Because she gets car sick, a home without frequent travel would be best for her.
Coco is a big, happy puppy at heart who’s ready to find her forever home. If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion, apply to adopt Coco at bcaaofnj.org!
