My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I’m Butter, and I’m a soft, sweet puppy with a cream-colored coat that’s as adorable as my personality! I was born on October 24, 2024, and I’ve been spending my time growing up with my mama and my brother, Timmy. Mama’s about 60 lbs., so I’m going to be a pretty big girl when I’m all grown up, too!

I’m a happy, playful puppy who loves to run, jump, and explore! I get along with everyone – humans, dogs, you name it. I’m a little ball of energy, but I also love snuggling up and giving kisses when I’m all tuckered out from playing. I’m still learning things like house training, but I’m catching on quickly because I’m super smart and eager to please.

If you’re looking for a loving and loyal companion to add to your family, I would love to be your new best friend. I can’t wait to find my forever home!

Additional adoption info

The process to adopt/foster dogs and cats is different. Please speak to the volunteer assisting you in the adoption process to confirm details about the process.

Go meet their pets

We hold adoption events every weekend in the DC/Baltimore Metro Area and also schedule private meet and greets once a potential adopter/foster has applied for a specific dog or cat.
