My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Despite what her name says, there is nothing scary about adorable Spooky. This gorgeous tortie girl was picked up by Will County Animal Control and was believed to be pregnant at the time. But, turns out, this young lady isn't becoming a mama, and instead, is now ready to find her forever home (lucky girl!)

Spooky is a friendly and playful girl. She's good with other cats and can't get enough of climbing the perches in her foster mom's house. She takes a day or two to adjust to a new environment but once she's sure it's safe, she's up for an adventure and exploring.

Spooky is a gorgeous girl that is sure to not only entertain you with her antics, but also make some pretty good eye candy with her unique markings and beautiful eyes. Think Spooky is your girl? Apply to adopt here: sayvanimals.org/adopt

(PLEASE NOTE: Despite what PetFinder, AdoptAPet and other aggregation software systems state - the first step is to submit an application via the link above, NOT send a message through their platforms. Thank you! <3

More about this rescue

WE SAYv ANIMALS.
SAYv Animal Organization is a startup animal welfare organization focused on gettings things done.
We have 2 permanent programs running right now, with the objective to increase our manpower and reach to create new programs including farm animals.
Solutions: We help other nonprofit organizations create and execute life-saving solutions and provide support for critical operational initiatives.
Rescue: We have officially started our rescue efforts!!

Unfortunately, since we are a start-up organization with limited funds we have to focus on perceived "easier" cases whenever we can, JUST UNTIL we get a solid financial base and network. We fully intend to help open-admission shelters save ALL at-risk animals, including the hard cases.
