Say hello to Rusty!
Rusty is an extraordinary gentleman. Calm, lively, and alert, plus enthusiastic and well mannered. Reads the room and fits himself into the situation, neither dominant nor submissive, just a happy go lucky, even tempered guy with a beautiful, silky fur coat. Loves lap snuggling and attention, always ready to let himself out through the doggy door to hassle the squirrels, and take care of business. Very people oriented, wags his tail in anticipation of strokes on the head. With his charming attitude, cuteness, and always wagging tail, he could be a video star. Does not mind spending time in a crate, but definitely prefers sleeping in the big bed with his people. He is a deluxe velcro guy, ready to help in the kitchen, lend a paw with yard work, and follow along to make sure all bathroom trips go well, even those at 2 a.m. Rusty is very well mannered on leash, and enjoys a nice excursion everyday. He rides calmly on car trips. Quiet enough for apartment life, if there are plenty of excursions. Appears he would live happily as an only dog. Likes men and women equally. Rusty is the complete package, he will be a delightful addition to the life of anyone looking for a canine companion.
