Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Rizzo, formerly known as “Redbox”, was a stray found at a Redbox vestibule in Mexico MO. The Good Samaritan that found her took her home and allowed her to be a “stray” at her home where she would be fed and cared for. Upon coming into the Pet Pals program, we have found that Rizzo is very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, but does not like other cats - often hissing and growling. We believe this may be due to her time on the street with other feral cats that were not kind when fighting for limited resources to survive.
Rizzo is still new to the program and we will continue to learn about her behavior being an indoor kitty.
