He may not be a crooner, but Sinatra sure is smooth! He will charm you with his smile and his smarts - he not only knows his manners but also tricks like spin, shake, high five, and roll over. A lover of toys and treats, he is looking for an engaging relationship in an adult home (or older/teen kids). His love of people takes up his whole heart, with no love left for other four-footed friends - that means no other pets in the home and no trips to doggy places like the store or park.

The adoption fee for dogs includes vaccinations (DA2PLP+CV, Bordatella, Rabies) spaying/neutering, heartworm check, deworming, heartworm prevention, flea preventative, and microchip.

The adoption fee for cats includes a full exam (feleck/FIV tested, FVRCP), spaying/ neutering, rabies, deworming, and flea preventative.

If you wish to adopt a pet you will need to fill out an adoption application. You can either pick one up at the shelter or email the shelter to request an application be emailed to you.

The Calhoun County Humane Society, Inc. (dba The Animal Shelter), located in Anniston, Alabama, was established in 1973 as a result of the efforts of Susan Levens Phillips.

Our mission is
