Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Karma is a high energy dog who loves to run with both people and other dogs. She has great enthusiasm and is interested in everything around her. She is past her puppy chewing stage, fully house trained, and sleeps well in her crate.
Karma gets along with other dogs and children and is gentle around toddlers. Having a past of being severely malnourished she does have food reactivity around other dogs. She has been fed separately from other dogs and does well when reunited. She has not been around small children when eating and her new family should also refrain from doing so.
The term “Velcro dog” may be used to describe Karma. She is very loyal to her owners and likes to be around them. Karma will need to be trained on basic commands but should do very well as she is smart as a whip and will aim to please. Karma needs a home where she can be active and given the attention and love she deserves. She is definitely a sweetheart.
Adoption Fee $50
Karma is part of our Home to Home Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Pawmetto Lifeline wants every animal to have a chance to find a loving home.

More about this rescue
Pawmetto Lifeline, formerly Project Pet, was founded in 1999. Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
