My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We officially have sweet Tango. We were originally told he was a purebred Samoyed but now that we have him it’s very clear he’s not! Haha. He’s only about 25 lbs. We think he may be a Japanese Spit or American Eskimo mix…a sammy imposter! 😂 In any case, we’re here for Mr. Tango! He is SO cute and SO sweet. He is selectively dog-friendly though, so he may do best in a home where he’s the only dog, or at least where he’s met and “approved” of the dog(s) in the home.

Samoyed Rescue of Southern California is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization founded in 1989 to assist Samoyed dogs. The organization concentrates on saving and rehoming Samoyeds from animal shelters and individual homes where the dogs are no longer wanted.

SRSC operates solely from donations and volunteer help. SRSC serves the Southern California counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura and San Diego.
