Fostered

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Up for adoption is our almost 3-year-old purebred German Shepherd, Franco!

We have fostered Franco for my parents who have recently retired to another country. They received Franco from a relative who previously bred German Shepherds. Franco has been in our home for about 6-months now. We are a family with a toddler and two senior dogs.

Franco's ideal home would be one that can invest the time and energy to train and most importantly socialize him with other dogs and people. Someone who is very active and can physically handle a large dog. He has been to obedience boot camp but still needs proper socialization. He walks well with a gentle leader face harness and knows basic commands. Overall he is a great house dog, smart, loves to play and has typical puppy energy. He can be overly excited when meeting new people which may be misunderstood but eventually calms down after a few minutes.

Please inquire if interested. We would love for Franco to be in his ideal home.
