My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Joey, the ultimate companion! This lovable boy is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. Joey adores his humans and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. He’s crate-trained, housetrained, and eager to please—especially when treats are involved!

Joey loves car rides (preferably in your lap) and enjoys chewing on his favorite toys, though he won’t say no to a stuffy. He fits right in with a pack, keeping up with the big dogs during playtime, but he also has a calm, snuggly side that makes him a great match for someone looking for a more relaxed companion too.

At just two years old, Joey still has a playful puppy spirit and a goofy side that will keep you smiling. He’s ready to bring joy and love to his forever home!

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
